In general, it takes 15-20 business days to deliver the order if you select free-shipping or standard shipping.

If you select express shipping, it will take 5-7 business days.

Customs and import taxes

International Shipping

International orders are shipped with DHL, FedEx, Atlantic for most countries. Please note tracking and delivery confirmation is NOT guaranteed with first class international mail.

A few countries must ship express mail as it is the only safe way to get your package to you with tracking. All international orders over 150 USD must upgrade to Express or Priority mail or FedEx during checkout.

Our website does not do this automatically. We may contact you for any additional shipping charges. It is the safest way to get your package to you with tracking.

We will also need your phone number to include in the package. You can take the advantage of our shipping upgrade to get your order faster features before order dispatch. You have to contact us for a shipping upgrade.

What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

When you checkout, you will be given the option to share the comment or note where you can share your requirements.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product or products arrive safely and securely.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our email or WhatsApp call on +91-7016256221, and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

What is your return policy?

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We do our best to make our customers happy. We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If you're not satisfied with the product received, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

Do you take everything back?

We try our best to make sure the product you receive is as good or better than you expected it to be. In case they aren’t, we won’t have any qualms in taking them back. However, you need to keep certain things in mind -

• Custom orders, sale products, gift cards, personalized orders, shipping, delivery, gift wrap, and assembly charges - items are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.
• Finished products are to be returned with the original packing intact. No tampering of any sort shall be considered.
• Your order receipt is supposed to be included with the return package.
• Please allow three weeks for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. If you provide an email address, we will send an email when your return has been received and processed.
• Unfortunately, items purchased for international shipping may not be exchanged.

We do our best to take care of our customers and deal with them fairly; we expect that our customers treat us fairly as well. If you're not satisfied with the product received, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

Are there cancellation fees?

Please note that there won't be a cancellation fee if your order is not shipped. However, if the order is shipped, a mere 10% of your order and the usual shipping charges will be charged.
